Thanksgiving

Happy thanksgiving! Today‘s dress is Nanette Lepore that I found at a sample sale. It has shoulder pads and fits well (these days anyway). My cousin Caroline and I are going to make a few things to bring to the larger family event in a few hours. I’m also watching the parade on TV. I’ve never been to it in person since I’ve always been in Massachusetts for thanksgiving, except when I've been in California or Australia. this year we are taking rapid Covid tests. What a world we are living in. This year has been difficult for me and I feel like I’m pretty much just trying to get through everything lately. I do have moments, but it’s been hard to feel a lot of joy. I’ll have a thanksgiving recap tomorrow.
