Queens

Today’s dress is Ann Taylor. It’s a good fall dress because it’s easily layered. I’ve often worn it with a turtleneck underneath. And leggings, of course. yesterday my light fixture was finally installed! It took a lot longer than I would have ever imagined. I was also pretty impatient. Edwin really did a lot of work. I should get him a gift. Anyway! It looks really nice now, and I can’t stop staring at it. today I’m catching up with my friend Rachel and her little daughter in forest hills. It’s really pretty over there, especially in the fall when the leaves change. It’s not too far a drive for me and it’s always nice to see her. I also enjoy exploring queens. It’s a huge borough and there’s so much to see! I’d like to make my way through more neighborhoods, parks and restaurants. The Chinese restaurants in flushing are pretty good. i’m going to Florida in 2 weeks and I have to find someone to move my car. But I’m only finding people who want to use my car and I’m not sure I want that. I have to think about it. Or I could leave it at long term parking at the airport.
