Anyone else feeling weird lately? I think it’s a few things going on. Mercury is still in retrograde. Tonight is the new moon. There’s just something in the air. Communication feels off.
this dress isn’t even a favorite. i liked it enough to buy it, but it doesn’t fit that well and there‘s some padding in it that I can seem to move into the right place. Annoying. I will try and sell it though. I do like the color. I’m a big fan of gold.
also today’s singing lesson was really challenging. I need to practice more. i felt frustrated for sure. I ended up recording a song that we didn’t even work on, just so I had something to show for this week. my new roommate is probably moving out soon. She’s great and I made a real friend, but we’re both at a place where we don’t really want a roommate. I hope she finds a place really close by so we can continue to see each other often. She’s taught me a lot and helped me recover after a hard few months. I still have a lot of work to do, but I definitely see progress. tonight I’m also going to a happy hour. That should be fun. I won’t be wearing this dress though! Or will I…? No, I won’t.
