This dress is by an Australian designer, Manning Cartell. It has bicycles printed on it. It’s very low cut (as you can see), and I used to wear something underneath it, but I don’t care anymore about that! I guess that’s what being nearly 38 will do to a woman.
yesterday I went to the beach with my new roommate Carla, and her friend, Carla! We had a great day, although I got sunburnt again. Then I had dinner with my brother. He came to astoria for the first time in years and we went to a Greek taverna. I was actually a little unimpressed with the food, but he seemed to enjoy it. I really want a place to wow me and it hasn’t been happening lately. Although I admit I’ve been underwhelmed by food in general. I’m still on the keto diet and trying to lose some more weight. it’s Memorial Day weekend and it was a year ago that I went to my family‘s beach house in Massachusetts. so much has happened since then, it’s sort of crazy to remember. I don’t know when I’ll get back there again. I’d rather use it with other family members, but that doesn’t seem promising with the way things are going in my family. ill probably just stay at home more. I traveled quite a bit during Covid so maybe this is my fate. It’s ok. At least I love my apartment. And my dresses.
