I was surprised to find this Hanae Mori dress at the mill a few weeks ago. It’s pretty long, but I hear that was the style back then, even if you were short, as is the case in my family. I looked this dress up online and it’s selling for many hundreds of dollars. I may sell it, but for now it’s pretty fun to have. It’s from the 80s, as far as I can tell. It has butterfly print and butterfly arms as you can see in the pictures. It comes with a black tie. The Everett Mills were sold at the end of March! It was a big day for our family. I’m proud that we kept it running for 40 years. My aunt Marianne played a big role in that. It will be interesting to see what happens to them next. That’s all I’ve got for today. See you back here tomorrow!
