Fleurs

I‘ve always preferred the French word for flowers. I found this dress at community thrift in San Francisco, back in September. That was a nice trip with my ex, tim. I’ve been out of touch with tim for quite some time now. It’s still weird to me how much someone can be in my life and then not at all. We met up with friends and spent time with his family. We stayed at an adorable Airbnb in Bernal heights. It has such a good view. I found it, of course. he was terrible at finding places to stay! For my birthday last July, he picked out an Airbnb as a surprise, in the catskills. I’d always wanted to go to the Catskills and was really excited about it. When we got there, there was no reception, no WiFi, taxidermy animals everywhere, guns, and the real dealbreaker for Tim was no air conditioner in the middle of the summer. we immediately left. I tried to find an alternative but between covid and peak season, there was nothing. we drove all the way back to queens and had my birthday at my apartment. at least there was WiFi. I wonder what it’s store for my 38th birthday this July! This dress is by Floreat, a label I’ve never heard of. it’s so cute though. Last night I took pictures of about 30 more dresses, including my prom dress! I can’t wait to share them.
