Zara

This is a thrifted Zara dress. I love it, but looking at the pics I can see my belly button ring sticking out so I think I’ll need to wear spanx or something underneath. It’s such a cute little black dress though. yesterday was a pretty good day. I met a friend who I was lucky enough to meet through Airbnb when he helped the host community of queens. we used to go to lots of fun dinners and events. Sadly, he got laid off during Covid and that job is no longer. I miss having a great community of Airbnb hosts to connect to. but I’m glad John and I are still friends! We also met up 2 years ago when we happened to be in Japan at the same time. We are both very well travelled and agree that Japan is our favorite place. John and his partner hope to get married there. John has a ton of trips planned for the next year and I don’t! I’m a little envious, but I’m also tired and sort of want to take a break from major traveling. there’s a chance I’ll go to Michigan soon with some friends though. After I scooted home from our lunch in Jackson heights, it started to POUR. We’ve had crazy rain lately. So glad I was inside then.
