There’s a cute vintage store in Prospect Heights on Vanderbilt Avenue, near where my family lives called “1 of a find.” I believe it closed for much of Covid, but I checked their Instagram and it appears to be back! I found this vintage dress there a while back for just $25. I think strapless dresses can be very flattering. This one feels very appropriate for a spring day. The last few days have been cloudy and rainy and so has my mood. I’m hoping for some sun today so I can go.
I was back in Brooklyn for Mother‘s Day and stopped into the Beacon‘s closet there. there were many cute things, but it felt good to not purchase anything after my recent buying slip on Thred Up. I really didn’t need more stuff and I’m a little annoyed at myself for that. I’ll probably do another photo shoot this weekend for the blog and try and take another 30 or so outfits. when I get into the right mood for it, it can be pretty fun! The tan helps, too.
